Delivery Policy

Digital service — no physical delivery
Novark is entirely a digital service. Nothing is shipped physically. No address is required for delivery.
Subscription plans and AI Coach
Gym subscription plans and the AI Coach add-on are activated immediately after a successful payment. Access is available in the app and on novark.app straight away — there is no waiting period.
Day passes
Day passes appear in your app account instantly after payment. They are used at the gym on the date you choose when purchasing the pass.
If access does not appear
If your plan, AI Coach or day pass does not appear in the app within 15 minutes of a successful payment, email us at sadiq@novark.app with your account email and payment reference and we will resolve it promptly.
